Globale U.K. Limited (“Global-e”) is our international sales facilitation and fulfilment partner. Global-e will be the seller on record for all contracts for the purchase and sale of Simply Be products from the Website, and will take your payment and be responsible for ensuring the approved carriers deliver your orders. Global-e is a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 08632376) whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, 45 Leather Lane, London, EC1N 7TJ, England. The registered VAT number for Global-e is 177 900680.
All rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to this Website and the Products sold through it are owned by or licensed to us.
The materials and content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio or video clips, data compilations and software, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws, including laws of the United Kingdom, United States and other applicable countries, treaties and international conventions and are the property of Simply Be™, its affiliates or suppliers. Without limiting the foregoing, Simply Be™ makes no warranty that the services offered on the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation or liability for consequential or incidental damages, the limitations set forth in the above paragraph may not apply to you.
There are certain liabilities which we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms and Conditions. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
You must follow any instructions or product manuals provided with the products we supply to you. We cannot accept liability for damage to products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to do this.
OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY
If the limitations set forth above are held inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, then Simply Be’s maximum liability to you for any type of damages shall be limited to the greater of :- (a) US $100.00 or the equivalent in your own countries currency; and (b) the dollar amount of purchases you made (in your chosen currency) through the website during the twelve months prior to the date the claim arose, or such larger amount as applicable law requires.
By visiting the Website you agree that English Law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern your use of the Website, the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort relating to your use of, or purchases through, the Website that might arise between you and Simply Be™ or its affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt these Terms and Conditions and any matters that arise out of your use of this Website (including any contract we enter into with you) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Simply Be™ makes no representation that i) the content, materials, services or information available on the Website are appropriate for any access from i) outside of the territories to which we sell and deliver, or ii) from any jurisdictions where such access is illegal or prohibited. If you choose to access this Website from outside our supported territories or from jurisdictions referred to above you do so on their own initiative, at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You must be over eighteen (18) years of age to order from this site. If you are under eighteen your parent or guardian must place the order. Further, to the extent that any product offered on the Website is subject to an age requirement for purchase in the jurisdiction from which it is ordered or to which it is to be delivered, you may not purchase such product unless you are of the requisite age. Please note that completion of the checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products. Acceptance of your order will take place only when the product(s) are dispatched to you by Global-e. Prior to dispatch of the product(s), Global-e has the right to decline an order for any reason. You will be notified by email to acknowledge that the order has been received and being processed. The duration of the contract with you for an order will start from when payment is taken until the last day of your right to cancel. If the products you ordered cannot be supplied, you will be informed of this in writing via email and, if you have already paid for the product, a refund will be made in full as soon as reasonably possible.
If the fulfilment of an order (or any aspect of it) would be illegal or unlawful, including by reason of breach of export controls or sanctions rules, Global-e has the right to stop or cease to fulfil the order at any time, including after dispatch of products and/or notification to you that the order has been received and is being processed. Neither we nor Global-e shall incur any liability in such circumstances.
You warrant that you are authorised to use any credit cards, PayPal account, debit card or other payment options you are using to pay for your order and you have sufficient funds. When you place an order you represent and agree that the goods you order are retail purchases and not for commercial resale.
If there are any changes to the personal information you supply, including, but not limited to, your name or address, it is your responsibility to let Global-e know as soon as possible to avoid misdirected orders.
We do not authorise the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We also reserve the right to cease doing business with those customers violating this policy. We do not authorise more than one promotional code (discount) per order, and we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that violate this policy.
The following Conditions apply for the redemption of any promotional codes we may offer to you:
(a) From time to time we may release promotional codes that may be used on the Site. Promotional codes can only be redeemed on the Site in accordance with the special terms and conditions stated on them.
(b) Promotional codes are valid for the specified period stated on them only. Certain products may be excluded from voucher promotions.
(c) Promotional codes are applied to orders as a whole. Accordingly, in circumstances where multiple products are purchased using a promotional code, and one or more products are returned, the discount is applied on a pro rata basis to each product for the purpose of establishing refund values.
Delivery (including delivery charges and timescales)
Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. You’ll find full details of delivery charges at simplybe.com. Please note that certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions and/or timescales. In particular:
a) Delivery will be to an international address;
b) If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address or at the time allotted by the carrier or if a customer refuses to accept the products, Global-e reserves the right to deduct the cost for returning products to the returns centre from the customer's refund for the order.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Neither we nor Global-e shall be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (E.U. COUNTRIES ONLY)
If you are contracting as an EU consumer online, you have the right to cancel (under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented in the applicable EU member state ("CRD")), all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once all (not part) of your order which you wish to return has been received. Please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery. Global-e will process your refund with 14 days of receipt of the products, to the specified address. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned (undamaged) before a refund can be issued. Further details of how to return cancelled products and the conditions that relate to this are set out below
If you wish to cancel (or are considering cancelling) a product you have ordered, please be aware of the following terms that apply:
- Applicability of cancellation rights: Legal rights of cancellation under the CRD available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products (for example, some lingerie (for hygiene reasons) and any products with a hygiene seal where the seal is broken).
- Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by email only – service@Global-e.com) within a reasonable period of time. You must return the products as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
- Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products, neither we nor Global-e will be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, Global-e reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
- Other cancelled products: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within 14 calendar days the day after you receive the goods in accordance with the CRD or otherwise as soon as possible. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel. Products should be returned undamaged, as new, in or with their original packaging (with all tags attached).
This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the CRD.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, a refund will be offered. Any refunds given will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed your order and will be subject to the right to withhold amounts for products which are damaged on return or for which collection was arranged, as outlined above.
Where products were delivered to a third party in accordance with your order, you will only be able to exercise this cancellation right if you can return the goods.
You will need to send back the goods or hand them over (undamaged with all tags attached) at: NORSK- Global-e UK Hub 96A BEVERLY ROAD, EAST MIDLANDS AIRPORT, CASTLE DONINGTON, DERBY, UK DE74 2SA unless a different address is provided to you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Please note that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Two choices of delivery service are offered for your purchase sent via Global-e. For full details of delivery costs and options, please see the Delivery section of the website.
It takes approximately 1 -3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate.
Goods will be sent to the shipping address you specify in your order and this cannot be changed once your order is processed.
DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
You may send your order to a different address other than your billing address if you wish. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. Please note you can only send items from a single order to one address, whether it is the billing address or an alternate. Multi address delivery for single orders is not available.
If you haven't received an item that appears on your packing slip(s), please enquire about it as soon as possible via service@Global-e.com. The assumption is that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within thirty (30) days of the original order date.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay by debit card, credit card or another alternative payment method specified as part of the checkout process. Global-e may change the payment methods at any time but this will not affect any existing order. The availability of a certain payment method may depend on your geographical location.
You may pay with the payment methods specified at Checkout. The availability of such payment methods is dependent on your geographical location. When being charged, the descriptor you will see shall include Global-e identified as ‘Global-e’ and will look like this or something similar: **Global-e//SimplyBe**.
If you place an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) Global-e, or one of their third party payment processors ("Payment Processor"), will charge you through the payment method you have selected at checkout for such order and such other amounts payable under these Terms and Conditions that may be due in connection with the order; (ii) you will provide valid and current information about yourself; (iii) Global-e may use the tools, software or services of Payment Processors to process transactions on our behalf; and (iv) you may be charged bank or credit/debit card issuer with additional fees (such as foreign transaction fee or cross border fee) or surcharges imposed by your bank or credit/debit card issuer, and those are not Global-e or Simply Be™ charges or fees, and neither have control over this nor have any way to mitigate this, as this is purely up to the relationship and commercial terms between you and your bank or credit/debit card issuer, and Global-e (or Simply Be™) also have no way of knowing in advance whether you will be charged such fees or surcharges, as each bank and credit/debit card issuer has its own policy, and our commitment is to acquire the amount set at Checkout in your local currency.
The price of products is calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on the Website and the local currency of the destination country at the time you place your order. Global-e reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the Website. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order via the Website.
For certain shipping destination countries and/or products, you may be offered the option to pre-pay applicable taxes, which will then be calculated and included in the final price when you place an order through the Website. You acknowledge that such taxes are set by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.
For clarity, the option to pre-pay taxes may not be available for your shipping destination country and/or your products, in which case: (a) you acknowledge that the amount of taxes displayed under the pre-pay option on the Website is an estimate only, and the actual taxes payable by you may be more or less than such estimate; and (b) you will be fully responsible for paying all applicable taxes directly to the relevant authority (and for reclaiming them in the event of a cancellation of your order or the return of products, to the extent permitted in the these Terms and Conditions) as determined by the authorities of the shipping destination country, and neither Global-e nor Simply Be™ shall have any responsibility or liability in connection with the foregoing.
Global-e may contract with a local licensed customs broker in your country, in which case, by placing an order through the Website, you authorise the applicable customs broker to act as your agent to: (a) conduct transactions with the local customs authority, (b) execute related documents on your behalf in connection with the import of products in your order, (c) facilitate your payment of applicable taxes; and (d) if applicable, return such products to Simply Be™ (subject to these Terms and Conditions) and (if applicable) handle the associated reimbursement claim for taxes paid. You acknowledge that, in the case of a return of products under the Terms and Conditions below, if Global-e are able to obtain on your behalf reimbursement of taxes paid on orders, any such reimbursement will be paid by the applicable tax authority to the customs broker, and then Global-e will reimburse such amounts directly to you if and to the extent, and only after, such amounts were received from the customs broker.
If for any reason you want to send back something you've bought, you can make use of our simple returns service; In order to return products, please access the Returns Portal via https://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal within 30 days from the date the order was placed and ship the return products promptly. Simply return it in “as new” undamaged condition (with all tags attached) within 30-days of receipt. Global-e will not accept any return product that was used or damaged by you or where the original packaging of such product has been opened.
Upon receipt of the returned product, and confirmation that it has been returned in accordance with the applicable requirements, Global-e will reimburse you for the actual paid price of the returned product. The Returns Policy applies to all customers. This policy does not apply to faulty products. It is in addition to, and does not affect, the separate legal right of cancellation which is available only to EU Consumers in some circumstances as explained above.
If you have paid any import related charges (Import Charges) in connection with your order (either pre-paid at checkout or paid upon receipt of the order directly to the applicable authority), you acknowledge that (a) you must seek reimbursement directly from the applicable authority in your country, (b) it will be your sole responsibility to claim such Import Charges back from the applicable authority in your country, and (c) Global-e cannot guarantee that such claim will be successful. If you have pre-paid Import Charges through at Checkout, upon your written request reasonable efforts will be made to assist you in obtaining reimbursement of such Import Charges.
Any Delivery Costs paid in connection with the Order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning Merchandise are non-reimbursable or refundable. Return deliveries are at your risk and we therefore advise you to use a courier service offering a tracking number, and to take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods in transit.
RETURNS POLICY FOR FAULTY MERCHANDISE
If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you inform of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. We will do what we can to accommodate your request, but please note that order fulfilment systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the fulfilment process.
If your cancellation or change request is received after the goods have entered the fulfilment process, they will be shipped and charged.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special discount, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
